Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after confirmation of the design and are either shipped by courier or royal mail depending on the product.
We provide free standard delivery for all our products on orders over £15.
You can pay for upgrade delivery which will qualify you for a priority design service as well as courier delivery after design confirmation.
Please inform us as soon as possible if the delivery does not arrive within the expected time frame. Depending on the delivery method we will resolve this issue as soon as practically possible.
Where items arrive in less than perfect condition please notify us by email within 24 hours of receipt. If you can take a photo of the damage or issue and add to the email, then this will ensure we can speedily process the return and replacement.
Except where faulty we do not return accept the return of personalised items.
As work begins on personalised items as soon as the order is received, we do not accept cancellations on orders.
