  Just to confirm the Toy Box and Noah Picture arrived safely on Tuesday as you arranged.  We had two very happy parents, overwhelmed and speechless, on the 'phone Tuesday afternoon.  Have left it until today to write as we visited them last night and were able to see for ourselves.  We too are extremely pleased with everything.  Thank you very much indeed.  They told us how beautifully wrapped and presented everything was - the picture is already proudly on the wall in the hall for all to see as they come in to the house and the toy box is in the lounge still draped with ribbons. Tristan and Annie (parents) had a coffee morning on Wednesday for the couples they had attended anti natal classes with.  They all, apparently, raved about both items and said they had never seen anything quite like them. So, I think you can tell that we are all pretty chuffed.  Thank you so much again for you help, advice and superb service (quite unusual in this day and age!).  Hope Christmas goes well and may your company go from strength to strength in 2006.
