ORDER INSTRUCTIONS

Simply complete the online questionnaire you can link to directly after you place your order and we'll work our magic to create your draft poem. We'll also give you an address to email or mail your photographs to. Digital files can be mailed up to 6MB at a time. Mailed photographs will be scanned in and returned to you with your final gift as we appreciate how precious they are to you. You'll receive a layout draft to approve in addition to the poem. At every step of the way we seek your approval to make sure your end product is the perfect gift. Despatched within 24 hours of final approval.
