Simply complete the online questionnaire you can link to directly after you place your order and we'll work our magic to create your draft poem. We'll also give you an address to email or mail your photographs to. Digital files can be mailed up to 6MB at a time. Mailed photographs will be scanned in and returned to you safely with your final gift, as we appreciate how precious they are to you. You'll receive a layout draft to approve in addition to the poem. At every step of the way we seek your approval to make sure your end product is the perfect gift. Despatched within 24 hours of final approval. LAST ORDER DATE FOR MOTHER'S DAY 21ST MARCH. Just a quick note to say that we gave the poem to Mum on Friday and it was fantastic. She opened it and read it to herself before Pippa read it out to a group of 20 close friends and family. It was a very emotional occasion! Mum still can't get over it and has invited several other friends round to read it.
