ORDER INSTRUCTIONS

Once you place your order you'll follow a link to a brief questionnaire. We ask you to complete this as thoroughly as possible with your favourite memories and over-riding message. You'll then receive a draft to approve, within 1 week, and if we've left anything out or you decide there's too much in there, we'll amend it until it's 100 per cent perfect for you and your loved one. Despatched within 24 hours after final approval.
