How to Order your Bespoke Gifts

Personalised Poetry : How we capture your memories

In order to comprehensively capture your precious memories we ask you to complete a memory prompting online questionnaire. This is your chance to inspire us with the personal detail which will create magical and meaningful prose. We're after your most treasured stories and heartwarming thoughts. If you fancy a chat, we're always happy to talk. Generally, whether online or on the phone we glean a full insight into the tone and nature of the poem you're after. This inkling into your personality assists us in crafting rhyme as effectively as though you'd written it yourself. Very clever!
Once you place your order, you’ll instantly be transferred into the hands of your account management team who will ensure your questionnaire is available to download and complete soon after receipt of your order. You will be emailed log in details for your personal account pages at www.thepoetrystudio-orders.co.uk. You can then either complete your questionnaire instantly or save it and do so at your leisure whilst you collect your favourite thoughts. Once submitted, one of our talented poets will be briefed to start work on your memories and weave your sentiments into rhyme. You’ll be notified once a draft of your poem is available to view by email (text notifications coming soon) where you can tweak the content or add additional memories prior to printing or design work commencing. We’ll work with you to craft the perfect gift and won’t stop until you’re 100% happy (for the record (99% of poems are approved with only minor edits first draft).
You’ll be able to specify your frame and/or any design choices at the questionnaire stage too.

Personalised Photo & Graphic Gifts: How to submit your Photographs
For the visual element of the poetry gifts, or other photograph gifts, a similar process will occur. You’ll instantly be in the safe hands of an account manager and emailed your log in details to your personal account pages. Here you’ll find instructions on how to submit your photographs. They can either be uploaded to us in batches (maximum of 6MB per upload please), or posted. We ensure all mailed photographs are scanned in free of charge in our design studio, and are safely returned with your final gift as we appreciate how valuable they are to you. You'll also be asked to complete details, if relevant, confirming your message or quote or any text personalisation required within your design. We'll always verify the details with you before anything is printed, so don't worry about typos, if text is included you'll see the proofs. Design work commences once you confirm all photos and personalisation has been uploaded. If a proof is required or offered with your chosen product, you’ll be notified by email (text notifications coming soon!) once it’s ready to view. Once you click ‘Approved’ the production process begins and you’ll receive your stunning personalised art within a matter of days, as specified per product.
Personalised Toys, Books, Silverware, Clothes and lots more sumptuous goodies
Above and beyond poetry and photographs all personalisation will be prompted for as you add your gift to your basket. So, please specify any colour options available, material options and carefully input your personalisation details. You’ll receive confirmation of the personalisation requested after you’ve checked out and please notify us immediately at customerservice@thebespokegiftcompany.co.uk if you’ve made an error as work begins immediately on these items. Proofs and Timings
Drafts of poems will always be supplied within 3 working days of receipt of your questionnaire. Any amendments required or extra memories to be included are fine. Just email your comments back to us and we’ll be straight on the case revising your poem. Once your poem is approved we’ll commence work on your design layout, if a visual layout has indeed been ordered. We’ll email a proof of your layout within 3 working days and ask for your comments on the photo or image arrangement. We also ask again at this point that you proof read your poem once more as we can accept no liability for copy errors once we’ve received your approval to print. It’s no problem to revise your layout at this stage. Our promise to you is to craft your gift to perfection. We want to ensure every customer is a delighted customer and will work with you to create the perfect, final gift.
Certain visual gifts don’t include proofs. Please see the descriptive information pertinent to the product in question. If you feel it’s imperative that you do obtain a proof, please email proofrequest@thebespokegiftcompany.co.uk and we’ll alter your design status to ensure this happens. Please note that we offer this service free of charge, but be aware of course that this may delay the timings by a few extra days.
