• We just want to say a big thank you. Tragically in Dec we lost our first baby at 5 months of my pregnancy. We wanted a special keepsake box to put scan pictures and polaroid pictures of him etc in and we found the perfect box on your site. We named our son Noah and completely by accident we stumbled across the Noah keepsake box that you have. It seemed destined for us and we ordered it straight away. The box arrived last week and we are overwhelmed by how lovely it is, it is so perfect that we both cried. It is such a fitting tribute to our little baby son to put our memories of him in it. Although we both cried it also made us smile, something we haven't done for a while. So thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

• Firstly, I want to thank you all for your patience, enthusiasm and excellent communication, from beginning to end, with this enormous montage on canvas. I had no idea it would so stunning, and it is impossible to look at it all in one go. Mike is so thrilled, as I was able to include some photos he had never seen before, of those we have loved and lost, family and friends, and, of course, our two beloved cats. Most of the snaps would mean nothing to most people, but they depict certain memories that we have shared over the years, and I think that with all your hard work, you have encapsulated everyone who has played such a big part in our lives. I can never thank you enough. Mike joins me thanking you for the end result, I know our paths will cross in the future.

• Dear all, Just wanted to say a big thank you for the poetry canvas you did for my daughter Jessica’s 18th birthday. She absolutely loved it and it is her favourite present! I especially appreciate the speed at which you managed to do it and the late hours worked last week. I will definitely be back...
